Last week, I got the privilege to borrow an old cookbook from a fellow reader. It is a little dated, still has most of the pages and was made here in Minneota by the Young Ladies’ Union of St.
I like having leftover ham. There is so many things you can make with it.
Quiche with ham and cheese, split pea soup with a ham bone, and of course the obvious, cold ham sandwiches.
